We are a professional and large-scale manufacturer of pile-driving machinery, integrating the R&D, production, sales and service of rotary drilling rigs.
Relying on the industrial cluster advantage of construction machinery in Jining, we have deeply rooted in the rotary drilling rig sector for many years and become one of the core suppliers in China’s manufacturing industry. We provide efficient and reliable pile machinery solutions for infrastructure projects across China and around the world.
The company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with 3 modern production workshops, 8 intelligent production lines, and 15 sets of high-end equipment including CNC cutting, precision welding, complete machine assembly and performance testing. Our annual production capacity reaches 3,000 rotary drilling rigs. We have more than 28 employees, among which over 30% are from the R&D, technical and quality inspection teams. Our core technical staff have more than 15 years of experience in the pile machinery industry. We have established a full-process quality control system covering “R&D – Production – Quality Inspection – After-sales Service”.

They can dynamically adjust drilling parameters and adapt to complex geological conditions including clay, sandstone, pebbles and rock strata. The drilling efficiency is increased by 15%, energy consumption is reduced by 12%, and the equipment failure rate is lower than 0.5%.

- Small wheeled / crawler rotary drilling rigs: Suitable for small projects such as municipal pipe networks, rural infrastructure and photovoltaic pile foundations, featuring flexibility, high efficiency and convenient transfer.
- Medium locking / friction rod rotary drilling rigs: Ideal for medium projects such as housing construction, bridges and high-speed railways, with a hole diameter of 0.8–2.5 meters and a depth of 15–60 meters, and strong stability.
- Large crawler rotary drilling rigs: Designed for large-scale infrastructure such as cross-sea bridges, subway tunnels and high-rise buildings, with a maximum hole diameter of 3 meters and a depth of over 80 meters, featuring strong power and excellent durability.
Core components have passed 5,000 cycles of durability tests, reaching advanced industry standards in quality.
3. Production and Quality Control
We adopt a model of “standardized production + customized service”, with an automation rate of over 90% in key processes. From steel procurement and parts processing to complete machine assembly and factory inspection, we implement 12 strict quality inspection procedures. Each rotary drilling rig undergoes no-load test, load test and geological simulation construction test to ensure stable performance and safe, reliable operation.
4. Complete Service System
We have built an after-sales service network featuring “national joint guarantee + rapid response”, with service outlets in 31 provinces and cities across China. We are equipped with professional after-sales teams and spare parts warehouses, providing 7×24-hour technical support. Our services include equipment installation and commissioning, operator training, regular maintenance, emergency troubleshooting and spare parts supply, ensuring customers worry-free purchase and smooth construction.
